The RollerMouse Go (formerly the RollerMouse Mobile) by Contour Design is a compact version of the well-known RollerMouse Red, designed for mobility and ideally suited for use with compact keyboards. This central pointing device conveniently positions between the operator and keyboard space bar, keeping mousing activity "inline", i.e., in the area immediately in front of the keyboard, and eliminating the need to reach for a mouse. This also makes it suitable for use where there may be insufficient room for a mouse to be placed immediately beside the keyboard. Like all RollerMouse products, cursor movement is achieved by manipulating the tube-like cylindrical "rollerbar" with the fingertips. Rotating the rollerbar moves the cursor up and down, and sliding the bar from side to side accomplishes horizontal movement. Once the desired location is achieved, a left click can be generated by pressing down on the bar (the force required for this is adjustable from an ultra-light touch to highly tactile). Four tactile buttons and a clickable scroll wheel are located below the bar to generate left/middle/right clicks, copy, paste, and vertical scrolling. Cursor speed can be adjusted via a button on the right end of the RollerMouse Go, with ten different speed settings from 600 to 4000 DPI. The RollerMouse Go also ships with two heights of rubber feet that can be used to elevate low profile compact keyboards to better match the rollerbar height. Controls can also be customized using the downloadable driver.
The RollerMouse Go is equipped with the same larger diameter rollerbar found on the RED, as compared to that on the FREE3 or PRO3. On the RollerMouse Go this 0.8" diameter bar is 3.875" wide and offers a finer degree of control, especially for vertical movement. The surface of the bar is textured with raised bumps that offer tactile feedback to further improve all aspects of cursor control. Innovative tracking technology on the RollerMouse Go further enhances cursor control, letting it work equally well on both single and multi-monitor workstations. All these design elements make cursor control more precise and effortless without compromising durability and the robust nature of the sturdy aluminum housing. To further improve the ergonomics even the traditional mechanical "click" has been replaced with a newer "virtual" clicking mechanism that generates a "percussion-free" but audible "click" that can be adjusted in volume or fully disabled if so desired.
Because the RollerMouse Go is designed for mobile use it offers features not available on the larger RollerMouse Red. This compact RollerMouse offers three connection options - to Bluetooth-enabled devices, via a an included 2.4 gHz wireless receiver, or as a wired device via the included charging cable. It also comes with a folding protective sleeve that attaches and closes magnetically.
While the RollerMouse Go can work perfectly well with any type or size of keyboard those using full-size or separated keyboards may wish to consider one of the full-size RollerMouse Models.

The Penclic Mouse (3rd Generation) provides an effortless and intuitive way to move the cursor with fine precision by employing motions similar to those used when writing with a pen. The pen can freely pivot in a recessed circular depression (ball/socket joint) on the base, allowing the user to find the best angle and orientation of the pen to maximize comfort and precision. The base itself glides to provide mouse control, and the movement of the base is achieved by using the small muscles and joints of the fingers as opposed to the larger muscle groups of the shoulder and arm. As the orientation can accommodate a wide range of positions, the user is able to move the mouse with either fine or gross movements (and accompanying positions) which can help to reduce any one set of repetitive movements. The design of the Penclic Mouse (3rd Generation) is also ambidextrous, enabling the user to easily balance the workload between the left and right hands. A number of improvements were made on this latest Penclic such as moving the scroll wheel onto the pen for easier access and better control. The buttons have also been simplified and are more intuitive and easy to use.

The Optima Trackball from Pretorian is a durable desktop trackball designed with the requirements of users with limited motor skills in mind, yet totally suitable for use by a wide range of users. The angled housing provides an ergonomically supportive position for the hand by providing a place to rest during use.
The large 2" diameter trackball rises 0.7" above the trackball housing, presenting a significant profile for the hand to make contact with. The free-running trackball is securely mounted in the housing and offers smooth movement from even a light touch. Tracking is provided by an optical sensor which eliminates mechanical parts which can fail from wear while still offering precise tracking and cursor control.
Colour-coded and recessed control buttons for Left Click, Right Click, and Drag-Lock are positioned above the trackball. The recessed location assists users in guiding their fingers to the appropriate buttons as well as preventing accidental activation that could occur with flush or raised buttons. In addition, the Optima is also equipped with dual ports which accommodate the attachment of external switches for activation of the left and right click functions. These can be used to offer users with limited motor control alternative methods of clicking.
Note: The latest release of iOS13 for Apple portable devices includes support for USB Pointing Devices. This means that virtually all of the Pretorian Mouse Replacement solutions can now be used with iPads and iPhones that have iOS13 or newer. Connection to the portable device requires a "camera adapter cable". Because the mousing device will be powered by the phone or tablet it is preferable to use one with pass-through charging so the portable device can charge while the mousing device is attached and in use.

The PC-Trac from Clearly Superior Technologies is a robustly built trackball line offering options and features not readily available in other trackballs. The low profile of the PC-Trac acts as a natural hand rest mirroring the natural contour of your hand and is designed to easily accommodate both right and left-hand use, as well as different size hands.
Unlike most trackballs on the market, the high density phenolic trackball in the PC-Trac has significant inertia. This provides far more tactile feedback than that normally offered trackballs, while still offering smooth response to even a light touch. The PC-Trac also offers "dynamic acceleration" which increases distance covered proportional to the speed of rotation. This feature ensures fine control as well as offering accurate rapid movement when required. (See the Features section on the Detailed Specifications Page for a deeper explanation of this feature.)
PC-Trac basic models offer both "middle click" and "drag lock" functions (see the Features for more details.) On the Pro models this button only supports "middle click" but there is downloadable software available which enables individuals to customize their trackball features. There is also a 5-button model which offers 2 input jacks for the connection of optional external switches.
The PC-Trac is now available from PI Engineering as the X-Keys O-Trac

The MicroTrac Trackball from Clearly Superior Technologies offers a surprising degree of performance packed into a small package. The diminutive housing means the MicroTrac can easily fit in the palm of the hand, potentially reducing fatigue by reducing the need to reach for a mousing device. Users with average or larger hands may well be able to perform all functions with a single hand, using the thumb for button activation and trackball control. Those with smaller hands will easily be able to perform all functions with two hands since reaching with the thumb may not be sufficient. Alternatively, the MicroTrac can be placed wherever desired and used as a traditional trackball, with rubber feet ensuring secure positioning. The exceptionally compact design also means this device can be used by those with very limited range of movement or even by small children and yet users with large hands can still achieve reasonably effective control without feeling overly constrained by the compact size.
Although the MicroTrac trackball has minimal mass and is therefore unable to 'spin' freely as do its larger PC-Trac and L-Trac cousins, the built-in dynamic motion enhancement provides single-pixel control while still offering rapid movement over greater distances. Rolling the ball faster exponentially increases the cursor speed across the screen, move the ball slowly and you get single pixel accuracy. This three button trackball requires no special drivers or software. The middle button can perform both Drag-Lock and Scroll-Lock functions. An indicator LED notifies users when the Scroll-Lock mode is activated. Load balancing between hands is encouraged by the ability to simultaneously press all three buttons to switch them between Right and Left format.
With the MicroTrac you can work precisely and comfortably for hours at a time. The Drag Lock feature makes this product more comfortable by eliminating the need to hold down a button to highlight or select items. Simply tap the Drag Lock Button and the button stays 'locked' until hit a second time. The MicroTrac also far outperforms similarly-sized trackballs by offering much smoother movement combined with the superior control provided by the Dynamic Motion-Enhancement.

The X-Keys O-Trac from PI Engineering is a robustly built trackball with a long history of durability, reliability and performance, carrying on the legacy of the PC-Trac Trackballs formerly manufactured by Clearly Superior Technologies.
The X-Keys O-Trac Trackball offers a gently-angled profile that serves as a natural hand rest. The gradual curve of the body mirrors the natural contour of the hand and is designed to easily accommodate both right- and left-handed use, as well as multiple hand sizes.
Unlike most trackballs on the market, the high density phenolic trackball in the O-Trac has significant inertia. This provides far more tactile feedback than that normally offered by mass market trackballs, while still offering smooth response to even a light touch. The PC-Trac also offers "dynamic acceleration" which increases distance covered proportional to the speed of rotation. This feature ensures fine control as well as offering accurate rapid movement when required. (See the Features section on the Detailed Specifications Page for a deeper explanation of this feature.)

Clearly Superior Technologies just added a cool factor to their line of L-Trac high-performance trackballs. The new L-Trac GLOW offers all the same functions of other L-Trac models but with a unique new look--a backlit translucent ball that glows a vibrant blue.
The L-Trac GLOW uses the same quality components that have enabled Clearly Superior Trackballs to develop a reputation for reliability and performance under demanding conditions. The precision-ground ball and mirror-finished rollers deliver a smooth-as-silk feel and effortless control. The ball on the L-Trac GLOW is 28% lighter than the traditional ball used in other L-Trac models, resulting in a reduced load on the fingers.
The L-Trac GLOW features high performance laser optical tracking with selectable resolutions of up to 1600 CPI. Button selectable resolutions enable rapid changes of sensitivity while maintaining full control of the trackball. The high performance laser navigation system is capable of tracking at greater than 20 inches per second. This means the user can fly around the screen with a flick of the finger or snap from one side of the screen to the other with a healthy flick of the arm. Either way, this precision, high performance pointing device produces predictable, quick and precise motion that becomes intuitive in a few minutes of use. The scroll wheel is smooth and readily accessible, located above the center button.
The design is completely ambidextrous, accommodating either right or left-handed users. The extra large ball and contoured profile allow for easier control and accommodate hands of all sizes--from children's to adults'. The lighter weight of the ball on the L-Trac Glow makes it a good option for children or those who have limited strength in their fingers.
Performance users can expand their command options by selecting the CST2545-5WGL-RC. This model includes jacks to connect two additional external switches.
Black case, cable, buttons and scroll wheel, white translucent trackball with vibrant blue glow. Two extra jacks for 5 button functionality. Selectable resolutions: 400, 800, 1600 DPI.

The L-Trac from Clearly Superior Technologies combines a high level optical sensor capable of resolutions up to 1600 CPI (counts per inch) with the robust build for which the original PC-Trac line is well-known. The L-Trac features an optical laser sensor that offers "button selectable" tracking resolutions of 400, 800 and 1600 CPI, easily changed on the fly. Combined with this is the ability of the L-Trac to track at speeds exceeding 30 inches per second, even at a 20G acceleration rate. An optional scroll wheel (available on select models) is smooth and readily accessible, located above the center button.
The L-Trac provides users with a precision, high performance pointing device. The large 57 mm diameter weighted trackball produces predictable, quick, and precise cursor control. Most users will find that movement becomes intuitive within a few minutes of use, with the level of control increasing over time.
The level of performance and range of features, coupled with the proven contour of the L-Trac makes these trackballs an appropriate option for all applications including general computing, gaming and Computer Aided Design (CAD). CAD users love it because you can drag a line one pixel even on high resolution displays. Then, with a button stroke, they can fly around the screen to get general tasks done. Gamers have called it an "almost unfair advantage", citing the fingertip control and precision, high performance tracking.
Designed to minimize the effects of contamination build up and the resultant degradation of performance, this high performance laser trackball uses highly polished stainless steel rollers. It has been found by CST that the "ruby ball sliders" used in most optical trackballs, cause performance degradation when gunk builds up on them. The L-Trac uses mirror polished stainless steel rollers do not readily collect unwanted material and are easily cleared by spinning the ball rapidly. The Dupont Delrin bearings are embedded with Teflon and internally coated with a lifetime lubricant making the feel of this trackball extremely smooth and it's reliability very robust. The user-replaceable stainless steel rollers are extremely tough and designed to handle hard usage yet still provide users with controlled smooth movement.
The L-Trac is now available from PI Engineering as the X-Keys L-Trac
